Leaders as Learners 2012
Leadership happens in the midst of diverse values, priorities, and perspectives. What better place to experience this than in a 6th grade classroom?
Around the world, leadership is being redefined from an individual role to a collective process. Today's leader is everyone. And the keys to everyone's success are awareness, adaptability, systems thinking and competence in developing others.
Leaders as Learners is designed for anyone who is committed to meaningful leadership and transformational living. The 8-month experience is a unique integration of leadership development, executive coaching, and the experience of leading and learning with a 6th grade class at Moody Middle School.
There is a difference between knowing what leadership looks like and being able to do it. This innovative design empowers leaders to do it.
