Highlight these through "everyday leaders"

Leadership is:

creativity, innovation, change, choice,

a practice - like yoga - unlearning old patterns and behaviors some that are limiting so that we have just out roup and the courage to practice new ones knowing at first it will be awkard

personal truths - your truth rather than someone elses projection of their truth onto you

gratitude

community - lack of judgement, acceptance, transparancy

open, wholehearted

So with this new awareness of what I had been feeling I decided to put it into action and set forth on my very own vulnerability experiment.

1. Then during the last couple of weeks of our Leaders as Learners program - sharing, asking, - verses telling...

2. GT group - get rid of the agenda and notice what is

3. Traveling in DC leaving my hotel and I meet Michael, a Levi's executive who had just sponsored the first TEDx for woman in DC.  He hands me this great journal made out of recycled Levi's that says,

4. In the process of creation there is a choice of force, make, allow, and surrender

5. Talked to a group of 16 to 18 year olds who attend the Adult Learning Center.  Dream my dream rather than the world's dream

Small Kelly Lewis Hello! Here are a few things that I have found support me in creating the life I want, keeping myself in check, and leading with courage and compassion: a slow walk with my hubby and our pups, my work, honesty with myself, the smile of another, and mother nature.
