Coaching Skills for Leaders and Managers

Like pretty much every day for me, yesterday found me connecting with some amazing human beings and leaders, all of who want to keep growing themselves. Teaching this one day class on coaching skills for leaders and managers, I got to meet some amazing individuals, all committed to growing their teams and themselves. Each person came willing to take risks, try new things, share themselves, and in the end come away with coaching tools that they can use every day in their work and lives. Taking a coaching approach to growing others, dealing with challenging environments, providing powerful feedback, delegating, and handling complaints, the group learned together while also having fun. We thoroughly enjoyed the learning community we created, one where it was safe  to ask questions and to experiment. Great day, great people. Their teams are in for a treat as these leaders go back to work and use what they learned. I can't wait to hear about their successes (and challenges) when we follow up on a conference call later this month.

Small Ann Deaton I am a leadership coach, and Managing Partner in Bounce. I love to coach and facilitate with individuals and systems experiencing significant change and growth. The clients I work with, regardless of their age or position, are talented and creative individuals willing to look with fresh eyes at their challenges and opportunities, and to take action based on their discoveries. As a result, they find that they are capable of accomplishing far greater things than they ever imagined. What do you want to accomplish today? Who do you want to be?
