Leading from character is not only a practice in exploring, accepting, embracing, and sharing who we are, it is also the foundation for accepting and embracing the potential in others. Being who we are gives others permission to do the same--thus creating a world community where everyone is contributing, in whatever way they are called, to building a better world.
