Another Great Leadership blog post to study.  

Clawson has created a model that begins with self and then carefully considers the task (the strategic story around which one is seeking to lead others); others (those hearing the story); and organization (the structure in which the story is being told and sold).  The model also considers the rapidly changing world in which we live.  A complex topic made clear and practical.
