Businesses are increasingly seeing Coaching as key to their success, according to a recent article in the Richmond Times Dispatch.  Peter Bacque' summarizes research that illustrates the power of coaching for individual leaders and for businesses. My favorite quote from the article is one from my dear friend and colleague Jean Gasen. Gasen captures the impact of coaching for leaders perfectly when she says "Three big questions loom before business leaders..."What matters, what's missing and what's next?"
