Collective Leadership

Eblin asserts that being the "go to person" is not sustainable or productive in the long run. As a "go to person," to make the shift from individual to collective leadership, you must:
1) Allow others to become the experts.
2) Get comfortable with letting go of responsibility.
3) Coach your team to find their own answers rather than giving them yours.
We must being to view leadership as a shared process, composed of individual skill sets. The magic happens in the collective.
