Kelly Lewis Named 2011 Game Changer

Workforce Management honors Kelly Lewis as one of its first annual Game Changers award recipients.   Fifteen winners were selected from corporations, startups, and not for profits across the country.  In this time of economic uncertainty and accelerated change, this award recognizes those who have demonstrated exceptional skills and achievements in the competitive 21st century workplace.  Game Changers are “finding innovative ways to create a new generation of leaders, shed light on how companies compensate and treat their employees, bridge global cultural differences in HR management, and use social media to facilitate employee collaboration. “ (Workforce Management, Meet the 2011 Game Changers, Oct. 2, 2011)

In 2008, after a 15-year corporate career, Lewis founded The Bounce Collective, a Richmond, VA based firm, to bring what she knows about leadership, community, and learning to corporate executives and young people alike. As Kelly puts it, "Bounce expands the way people see and engage in the "Me, We, World of relationships." She and her colleagues have developed a cutting edge learning model that provides a meaningful way for leaders and organizations to develop while bringing communities together.  A certified leadership coach, Kelly also serves on the faculty of the Georgetown Leadership Coaching program.
