Labyrinth Girls Explore Conflict!
Posted by Nicki Peasley Share Your Voice
On Thursday, twelve 6th grade girls met to explore a sticky subject--conflict! Through role plays, we discovered the difference between outside and inside feelings. We learned that outside feelings like anger, irritation, and frustration feel much safer to express than inside emotions like sadness, fear, anxiety, shame, or jealousy. It takes great courage to own our inside truths... a courage these 12 -year -olds are cultivating admirably!
