Leaders as Learners

Posted by Kelly Lewis Share Your Voice

Leaders as Learners  is an amazing learning community that develops 24 of our community's current leaders and 330 of our community's next generation of leaders.  This nine month long leadership development program focuses on what truly sets leaders apart - one's ability to connect bottom line results with one's core values - and teaches people the emotional intelligence skills required to manage with their heads and lead from their hearts.

Leaders as Learners includes eight days of leadership training, 6 one on one executive coaching sessions, and 18 opportunities to lead and learn from our community's young people.

Contact us if you or your company are interested.  We are accepting applications through September!

Small Kelly Lewis Hello! Here are a few things that I have found support me in creating the life I want, keeping myself in check, and leading with courage and compassion: a slow walk with my hubby and our pups, my work, honesty with myself, the smile of another, and mother nature.
