Leaders Learning

Last week, the Leaders as Learners went to another beautiful place to learn together. This time we were at Maymont, where the flowers are just beginning to bloom, the huge koi are in the Japanese Garden ponds, and our community of 12 took time out from busy schedules to grow ourselves. As always, it was a day of laughter and learning. We focused on continuing to develop deep listening skills, and also learning to make better, more complete requests. The beauty of our surroundings was an added bonus. Good stuff!
