"The Higher Ambition Leader", a recent article from HBR, describes "a new take on leadership" that is resulting in superior results in a highly complex and challenging time.   

These higher ambition CEO's are finding that Just Right Place in between Mission and Margin and are generating performance on three fronts at once: creating long-term economic value, producing significant benefits for the wider community, and building robust social capital within their organizations.

We can't imagine a more engaging and meaningful way to spend your professional life than to be a part of creating and sustaining a higher ambition organization.
