Virtual Learning with Boeing

I had a wonderful virtual learning session with 46 Boeing people development leaders today. Our focus was on tools and assessments that grow awareness---our own and our clients. Boeing's practice communities asked some wonderful, thought-provoking questions, and the conversation was rich. I came away inspired by their commitment to their own growth and being of service to others. How amazing that technology today enables us all to gather virtually to learn with each other.
