Amazing women leaders

Wow! I am still breathing in the amazing energy of a second cohort of Extraordinary Women Leaders. A program created in partnership with Jean Gasen from the Center for Corporate Education at VCU and Kathy Harmon of Real Results, EWL was even better this second time around. The community of women was powerful and inspiring as they learned about influence, practiced their coaching skills, and experimented with getting others on board to deal with change even when it unpalatable. I'm looking forward to our final luncheon in June to hear how they are applying all they've learned together.

Small Ann Deaton I am a leadership coach, and Managing Partner in Bounce. I love to coach and facilitate with individuals and systems experiencing significant change and growth. The clients I work with, regardless of their age or position, are talented and creative individuals willing to look with fresh eyes at their challenges and opportunities, and to take action based on their discoveries. As a result, they find that they are capable of accomplishing far greater things than they ever imagined. What do you want to accomplish today? Who do you want to be?
