Better Together

Last week, our Leading Ladies at Mary Munford dove into the topic of cooperation and the dynamic of giving and receiving.  We began by exploring stress, how it feels in our body, and when we need to ask for help.  (Then we de-stressed and had some fun with partner yoga)!  We practiced teamwork with a cooperative snacking experience in which the girls could only use their less dominant hand to prepare a s'more.  And then we challenged them to feed each other.   A beautiful expression of our need for each other….our connection and our oneness.
