Luck Companies and Bounce celebrated the end of the Living, Learning, and Leading in Balance with Moody's teachers this week. We reminisced about the year's experiences of values exploration, filling each others' buckets, Insights self assessment, TED* perspective shifting, and a powerful shared community of learning in which we all learned to see and hear one another more clearly. We ended with each person contributing a written commitment to a bucket. The word cloud image here is Principal Art Raymond's capturing of the community of commitments made. Talk about inspiring!

Small Ann Deaton I am a leadership coach, and Managing Partner in Bounce. I love to coach and facilitate with individuals and systems experiencing significant change and growth. The clients I work with, regardless of their age or position, are talented and creative individuals willing to look with fresh eyes at their challenges and opportunities, and to take action based on their discoveries. As a result, they find that they are capable of accomplishing far greater things than they ever imagined. What do you want to accomplish today? Who do you want to be?
