The Big Give, Richmond's Transformational Gift

On Tuesday this week, I had the delight of ending my day at The Big Give.  Impact 100, a grassroots effort to demonstrate the power of women giving together, is now in its third year in Richmond. 100 women, $1000 each, for a transformational gift of $100,000 to one local nonprofit. In practice, it's well over 100 women because many women join giving circles, and the spirit in the room was tangible. The finalists were four amazing nonprofits with four inspiring visions--Boaz and Ruth, Art180, William Byrd Community Center, and Positive Vibe Cafe'. All of them should have won and one one could so Art180 it was! Cannot wait to see what they accomplish with this transformational gift. Art180, change through art and self expression. I am looking forward to great things from you!

Small Ann Deaton I am a leadership coach, and Managing Partner in Bounce. I love to coach and facilitate with individuals and systems experiencing significant change and growth. The clients I work with, regardless of their age or position, are talented and creative individuals willing to look with fresh eyes at their challenges and opportunities, and to take action based on their discoveries. As a result, they find that they are capable of accomplishing far greater things than they ever imagined. What do you want to accomplish today? Who do you want to be?
