For over 30 years,Leadership Metro Richmond (LMR) has selected a group of community leaders each year to connect with and learn from each other over a year's time, with the ultimate goal of giving back to our community in a more powerful way. This past weekend found me joining LMR's class of 2013, and I can already tell that this civic engagement adventure will be an amazing one. Already we've begun engaging in courageous conversations and looking at ourselves and how we are living our values. Not to mention getting to know sixty other leaders in our Richmond metro community. Next step.....joining our project teams and creating together a deeper understanding of an issue in our community and perhaps a new way to approach our challenges. I'll keep you posted on what happens this year!

Small Ann Deaton I am a leadership coach, and Managing Partner in Bounce. I love to coach and facilitate with individuals and systems experiencing significant change and growth. The clients I work with, regardless of their age or position, are talented and creative individuals willing to look with fresh eyes at their challenges and opportunities, and to take action based on their discoveries. As a result, they find that they are capable of accomplishing far greater things than they ever imagined. What do you want to accomplish today? Who do you want to be?
