Only You Keeps You from Greatness

Art Jackson did a tremendous job today sharing with 35 Richmond coaches a provocative message. His message? Look in a mirror.  As leaders, and as coaches, it is our responsibility to embrace and share our greatness by having a significant impact on the lives of others. Art suggested we look deeply into ourselves for our sense of purpose, and use that to bring meaning to our own lives, and to make a difference to those around us. He was definitely speaking Bounce-speak!

How are you sharing your talents with others today? Where are you making a difference? Why are you waiting?

Small Ann Deaton I am a leadership coach, and Managing Partner in Bounce. I love to coach and facilitate with individuals and systems experiencing significant change and growth. The clients I work with, regardless of their age or position, are talented and creative individuals willing to look with fresh eyes at their challenges and opportunities, and to take action based on their discoveries. As a result, they find that they are capable of accomplishing far greater things than they ever imagined. What do you want to accomplish today? Who do you want to be?
