Reform or Rebuild?

On Monday, President Obama met with some of the nations top CEO's to discuss how they can continue to help with our country's "education crisis'. The recent WSJ article, "Obama Seeks CEO Help for Schools" summarizes the outcome of the talks and highlights a compelling question to consider: Do we continue to use private donations to "reform education" (corporate foundations invested $514 million in 2009) or do we use that money to "rebuild education"?
