In order for any effort to be successful in today's world, we must take time to learn--and learn relentlessly.  In this rapidly changing global climate, we need to ask, "What do people want?" And then we need to LISTEN to a diverse range of voices-- the voices that ultimately dictate our success.  If yesterday's products and services are not what people want, then we must  have the courage to transform our challenges into opportunities for growth.
