Thank You, Genworth!

Yesterday, Kelly met with Genworth’s Learning and Development leaders from across the globe.  The subject… How do those that develop, develop themselves?

Kelly began by differentiating between lateral growth (filling the glass) and vertical transformation (expanding the glass itself).  She then toured the group through the stages of adult development (and their accompanying characteristics) and the process through which we progress from stage to stage.

Participants described their Bounce experience as “provocative,”  “challenging on a new level,” and “a vertical development moment.” (It was good for us, too!)

Thank you, Genworth, for the opportunity to share our stuff!
