What Makes a Remarkable Boss?
Posted by Nicki Peasley Share Your Voice
1) Develop EVERY employee.
YES! People are a company's greatest resource.
2) Deal with problems immediately.
(so they won't get bigger)
3) Rescue your worst employee.
Better language: Empower your weaker links to take the steps they need to succeed.
4) Serve others, not yourself.
Rarely stand directly in the limelight--rather, be a reflection of success.
5) Always remember where you came from.
As a star, you have a responsibility to shine your light on others--to make an impact on every employee in your organization.
